Zucchini, basil, and sopressata pizza

Dough made from a recipe in Jamie Oliver’s Italy but allowed to rest longer than he says: an hour on the counter and then overnight in the refrigerator. This has a tomato sauce I made from garlic, basil, and tomatoes, then zucchini, basil leaves, sopressata, and mozarella. Baked in the BIg Green Egg at 600+ F for a wonderful wood-fired-oven taste.
